The short answer: we do not track you.
No tracking, no advertising cookies
Mifolo uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking techniques. We only store in your browser what is needed to make the site work for you. That does not require a cookie banner, so you will not get one from us.
1. What we do store in your browser
Only functional storage (localStorage and similar techniques):
- your language choice, so the site opens in your language;
- your progress in the book maker, so you can pick up later where you left off;
- soon: a login session, so you can reach “My bookshelf” without logging in each time.
2. Cleared up as soon as possible
The progress of your book-in-the-making, including photos, is stored only in your own browser while you are creating it. As soon as you submit your book, we automatically clear up that local data.
3. Statistics: not now, and later only privacy-friendly
At the moment we do not use any statistics or analytics tools. If we choose one later, it will be a privacy-friendly option without personal data and without tracking across other sites, and we will update this statement before it goes live.
