For the child who knows everything about dinos
Some children love dinos; other children know everything about dinos. They gently correct you when you say "the big one" while it's obviously a diplodocus, and at the dinner table it's all about whether a T-rex really couldn't swim. For that child an ordinary dino book soon isn't enough, because the hero is always someone else.
Not in this book. Here your own child steps into the story: with their own name, drawn recognisably from your photo, among the animals they've long known by their first names. And because you choose the age yourself, the story grows along: soft and simple for a toddler who can just about shout "stomp!", with real suspense for an eight-year-old who comes to rescue the brachiosaurus.
